Cersei was always cruel and condescending to Sansa while they lived under the same roof. Now the Cersei knows than Olenna killed Joffrey, she is just more angry. Cersei tried to Olenna to side with her against Daenarys at one point.
Tyrion is wounded by Ser Mandon. He is trapped outside the walls by a group of reinforcements and then betrayed by Ser Mandon. Mandon slashes Tyrion across the face but Podrick kills him with a spear before he can finish Tyrion off.
In reality, it was Olenna who had poisoned the wine. She had arranged with Littlefinger to end Joffrey’s life and used Sansa Stark in the process. Littlefinger had worked with Dontos Hollard to deliver the poison, which was hidden in a stone attached to a necklace given to Tyrion’s wife by Olenna.
As the trials were set to begin, Cersei orchestrated a wildfire explosion at the Great Sept, killing thousands including Margaery. After witnessing the disastrous event, Tommen took off his crown and killed himself by walking out of his bedroom window.
The plot was that Olenna Tyrell, in concert with Littlefinger, pulled a poison stone off Sansa’s hairnet during the feast, then dropped it in Joffrey’s wedding chalice. Margaery did not know about the plan until after it happened.

Dany wants to conquer Kings Landing and kill Cersei, thus making her the only claimant to the Iron Throne. Tyrion hatched a plan where Jamie runs off to Pentos with Cersei, keeping Cersei’s claim very much alive. This is major betrayal, and Tyrion clearly does not expect to live when Dany finds out.
In “The Queen’s Justice”, Jaime Lannister seizes control of Highgarden on Cersei’s orders. He confronts Olenna, granting her a painless death by poison, putting it in her cup of wine as she watches.
Littlefinger killed joffrey to secure an alliance with olenna and because he knew he would be an obstacle to his plan of being king of westeros.
Littlefinger was the mastermind behind the plot to kill King Joffrey, along with Oleanna Tyrell. Littlefinger felt he had received all that he could from the Lannister’s, and it was time to move on. He sided with the Tyrells and agreed to help them assasinate the King. No one liked or respected Joffrey as the King.
Cersei didn’t mean for Tommen to die, she tried to keep him safe while killing her enemies. He was too soft to rule in any event, she knew she was alone in her leadership at this point and there was no point in crying.

Instead of leaving, Tyrion heads to Tywin’s quarters where he finds his former lover, Shae (Sibel Kekilli), in his father’s bed. He strangles her, finds Tywin on the toilet and kills him, in an artful touch, with Joffrey’s crossbow.
Cersei dismisses Pycelle and gives Qyburn permission to do anything he can to save Ser Gregor, though he says that his unorthodox methods will “change” him. Meanwhile, Jaime secretly frees Tyrion and arranges to have him smuggled out of Westeros with help from Varys.
Tywin didn’t care if Tyrion was innocent or guilty. Tyrion was guilty of being a dwarf and as a result when people mocked him, they mocked a lannister.
