Not a problem – click on the post to open it for editing, then click the arrow next to the update button to delete the post. In the edit mode, hover over the button. You will se a little box on the right with a ‘X’ – that is the delete guy. On the right you will see a circular arrow – that is copy, move gal. This is true for all weebly elements.

Re: Reset Theme back to Default
There isn’t a way to restore that content, though you could create a new site in your account and choose the same theme again. That will add all the default to that new site for you.
Our unpublish feature is designed to work exactly like you need. If you un-publish a site it’s no longer visible on the internet, but your content remains totally intact within the editor. You’ll find the option at the bottom of the main page of the Settings tab if your site is published.
