Choose Format > Font > Replace Fonts (from the Format menu at the top of the screen). Click the double arrows to the right of the font you want to replace, then choose a replacement. If the font is listed as a missing font, also choose a typeface. Click Replace Fonts.

The primary system font in OS X El Capitan and above is San Francisco. OS X Yosemite used Helvetica Neue, and preceding versions largely employed Lucida Grande. For labels and other small text, 10 pt Lucida Grande was typically used.
Select all of the text that you want to have a larger size font, and then tap the “Paintbrush” icon in the Pages Toolbar (see screenshot below). On the far right side of the Size line you’ll see a ‘plus button’. Each time you tap that button, the font size will increase by one pt.
To change your font in Pages, open a document and tap on the paintbrush icon at the top then find and tap on the font in the tools that show up at the bottom. Now you will see a list of fonts. Tap on the one you want to select it.

If the cell is not wide enough to display the text on one line, you can wrap the text so it appears on multiple lines in the cell. Do any of the following: Wrap text in a cell: Control-click the cell, then choose Wrap Text. A checkmark appears next to Wrap Text when it’s selected.
Go to Settings > Accessibility, then select Display & Text Size. Tap Larger Text for larger font options. Drag the slider to select the font size you want.

San Francisco (SF) is the system font on all Apple platforms; the SF Pro variant is the system font in macOS.
Simply press the “Command” and “+” buttons at the same time to increase the size of everything in those windows by 10% at a time. After you’re done, you can reverse this zoom feature by pressing “Command” and “-” at the same time until the zoom pop-up reads “100%.”
