Contrary to popular belief, Rick isn’t the strongest character in Rick & Morty – but he’s pretty darn close. … Ironically, Rick himself isn’t the strongest character in a story that (he believes) revolves around him, partly because he has been soundly defeated on many occasions.
Beth Smith has proven in the latest episode of Rick and Morty that she can be just as menacing as her father. Her space Beth version is also younger, angrier, and deadlier than Rick while also fearless enough to assault her father in his own garage.
about 70 years old
As of now, Rick is about 70 years old and currently resides in his room in the Smith house.
Cancer FightingDid you notice in season 3 episode 6 that detox Rick’s skin color turned lighter/less gray (left pic). It reverted to its previous color after he merged w toxic Rick (right pic).
Ricks are known to be the smartest people in the universe, our C-137 Rick is the absolute smartest as were told in the series from himself.
Saitama, a mere brawler, would have very little to no defense against reality/spacetime warping or matter manipulation/destruction. I say Rick wins this one if Saitama is his usual aloof self and lets Rick do his stuff. Think of it this way, Rick is a LOT closer to omniscience than Saitama would be to omnipotence.
While Rick and Morty portrays Rick as an all-powerful god among men, there are several characters throughout the series that would easily (and have) put Rick in his place. Rick is usually the smartest man in the room, but sometimes he is outwitted and oftentimes he’s severely outmatched physically.
Based on sheer powers available, Dr. Manhattan would win. Rick is smart, but Dr. Manhattan has the power to control things on the quantum level.
Why exactly the evil Rick kills Rick C-137’s Beth and Diane isn’t entirely clear. In the season 3 memory, he simply seems offended that Rick doesn’t want to leave his family to travel the multiverse.
C-137 was this Rick’s original dimension, and we now know he’s completely changed dimensions at least twice. One day when he was with his daughter Beth and his wife Diane, another Rick appeared and dropped a bomb, killing them almost instantly.
He’s intelligent and getting smarter. Either he’s got Rick’s genius in his genes and it’s coming out as the show progresses, or Rick is just rubbing off on him, but yes he is.
|Age||70 (seasons 1–4) 71 (seasons 5–present)|
Even genius scientists have their derp moments. … Rick is a genius. Based on his knowledge, inventions, mastery of numerous technical skills and improvisational brilliance under pressure, it’s hard to deny.
Diane’s death was the defining moment in Rick’s life that made him into who he is. The story of Diane has been the overarching mystery of the series from season one up until season five. She was murdered by another Rick via an explosion from a futuristic bomb.
However, as they contemplate leaving, Nimbus opens the door, disrobes and invites them in. The couple rushes in with Jerry asking for the tryst to be kept secret as Rick wouldn’t understand, to which Nimbus responds that Rick would, hinting he also slept with Rick.
Rick is 70 years old. He reappears in his daughter Beth’s life at the start of the series, after having been completely absent for 14 years prior. Morty is 14 years old. Beth & Jerry are both 35 years old.
Therefore whenever we see the drool on his lips, it’s actually because he is about to start withdrawing from the mega seed juice which is why we only sometimes see him with the green stuff on his mouth. Although this is a spectacular theory, this has not been confirmed by the Rick and Morty creators.
10 Rick Sanchez: Arrogance
Haunted by his past though, Rick feels more alone than ever. That’s not his weakness though, nor is his alcoholism. Ultimately, his main weakness is his arrogance. The reason he has become so isolated is that he pushes people away with his high and mighty attitude and superior intellect.
Rick seems to stutter more in the beginning of sentences, in the middle, and when he’s drunk. It gets worse when he’s burping, trying to talk his way out of something, or when he’s angry. He mostly stutters on: the Y sound, or more specifically the word “you”
