The uncut version was released with a SPIO/JK certificate. The 2010 ‘Extended Edition’ adds nine minutes of footage, re-orders and re-edits scenes, and changed the film’s title to “John Rambo“. It is said to be director/star Sylvester Stallone’s director’s cut.

Rambo dies satisfied that he has come to a fitting end. Trautman returns to the dying Teasle and tells him that he has killed Rambo with his shotgun.
Rambo racks up a whopping 254 onscreen kills, a large amount happening via the explosion of a powerful bomb. The most recent Rambo movie, Rambo: Last Blood, sees the Vietnam vet rack up a further 46 kills. Before the final tally though, there’s one other factor to consider.
Parents need to know that Rambo: Last Blood is the fifth installment in the Rambo series starring Sylvester Stallone. Like all the sequels since the soulful first movie, it elevates intense gore over character. Violence is extremely graphic, with heavy guns and shooting, knives and stabbing, and tons of gore.
Stallone was not a professional boxer. He never trained anybody. His association with boxing has been through the movies.
To check to see how realistic the wound on his arm was, Stallone went to a local hospital over a lunch break with the movie wound still on his arm, blood still pumping through the hidden tube underneath. He even left the makeshift, sewing job Rambo does on his wound for the nurses to see.

Stallone starred and co-wrote the five films of the Rambo franchise, and the fourth one he also directed. Stallone wrote, directed and took the lead role in the first installment of The Expendables films.

John Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) is doing hard time in jail when his former boss, Col. Troutman (Richard Crenna), offers him a deal. If Rambo travels to Vietnam to try to find the American prisoners of war, his criminal record will be expunged. Rambo takes the reconnaissance assignment and agrees not to get involved in any of the action. However, when his Vietnamese lover, Co Bao (Julia Nickson), is killed by American forces, Rambo forgets his promise and takes matters into his own hands.
