Wisconsin/State bird
Bird: robin (Turdus migratorius). In 1926-27, Wisconsin school children voted to select a state bird. The robin received twice as many votes as those given any other bird. Chapter 218, Laws of 1949, officially made the robin the state bird.

Milk is also represented on the U.S. Mint’s commemorative quarter for Wisconsin, which features a round of cheese and a dairy cow (the official state domesticated animal of Wisconsin). Milk has been called a nearly perfect food – a source of protein, calcium, and several other important nutrients.
Brandy’s popularity in Wisconsin started when a large number of German immigrants moved here in the 19th century and couldn‘t find their favorite drink, brandewijn. This prompted Korbel to start distilling for the public in 1889. Small-batch local distilleries produce – or have produced – brandy, too.
