Scale Image. The Scale Image command enlarges or reduces the physical size of the image by changing the number of pixels it contains. It changes the size of the contents of the image and resizes the canvas accordingly.
Just click on “File,” navigate to “Magic Resize,” then choose the different formats you want to use to adapt your visual. Then, click the “resize” button, and you’re done. Users of Canva’s free tools can still resize their designs by creating a copy of the original visual.

From the Templates or Designs tab, tap the + icon at the bottom corner of the screen. Tap the dimensions box at the top of the screen. Choose a unit of measurement from the dimensions dropdown. Enter your preferred dimensions in the width and height fields.
Go to your graphics card control panel by right-clicking on your computer screen and selecting the graphics settings (example: Intel Graphics Settings). You can also contact the device manufacturer for assistance with changing the aspect ratio of your computer.
Press Ctrl + T (Windows) or ⌘ Cmd + T (Mac). This activates the Transform tool, so you’ll be able to freely change the size of the photo. If you want to maintain the ratio, you can press ⇧ Shift as you drag the photo size.

You can access the Scale Tool in different ways: from the image menu bar Tools → Transform Tools → Scale, by clicking the tool icon: in the Toolbox, by using the Shift+S key combination.
You can use the CSS background-size: cover; to stretch and scale an image in the background with CSS only. This scales the image as large as possible in such a way that the background area is completely covered by the background image, while preserving its intrinsic aspect ratio.
